History and culture of the Oregon country is the prime concern of One Horse Press and Rainy Day Press.
Conversations with Pioneer Women and Conversations with Pioneer Men, are conversations with Oregon
country pioneers, an oral history of life on the Oregon Trail and in the civilization building at its western end.
Oregon's Ghosts and Monsters is a collection of ghost stories and other local legends from towns throughout
Oregon. Tracking Down Coyote tells of a search for the mythical and historical soul of Oregon.

Though I refer to Rainy Day Press as "we", it is still a one-horse show, and I am the horse. Because I have a
million ideas of my own for writing and publishing, I am not seeking manuscript submissions. Instead, send money.
